Shipping FAQs
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We use Purolator and Canada Post. A flat $3 handling fee is applied to help cover packaging and materials.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Mississauga, ON location. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your region and the selected shipping service.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if shipping costs less than I paid?
We only charge what it actually costs to ship. If the final shipping cost is lower than what you paid, we’ll automatically refund the difference.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Please contact us at info@arclightsupply.ca for options and a custom quote.
What if I’m ordering large or heavy equipment?
For scaffold towers, oversized items, or heavy-duty gear, we may contact you with a custom freight quote. If you'd prefer a quote in advance, reach out before ordering.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment from our Mississauga location. Please email us to arrange a time.
