When you need to assemble a tower, inspect a ladder, charge a flashlight or identify a replacement part, finding the right information shouldn't slow down the job. Arclight helps connect the products we sell with manufacturer guidance, compatible accessories, parts and support. Use existing manufacturer identification where appropriate; a new tag is not always necessary.

How it works

1. Identify: Identify your equipment using an existing compatible tag, an appropriate new Scannable identification tag, or its Arclight product page.
2. Learn: Find available assembly, use, safety, inspections, maintenance, manufacturer-authorized repairs, parts diagrams, oils and greases, battery specifications, charging cables and power requirements applicable to your model.
3. Maintain: Find compatible parts and accessories through Arclight, or contact us for product and service assistance.

What does it cost?

Product support information: Arclight's published product information and guides can be browsed at no additional Arclight access charge. Scannable's basic application access is free under its applicable terms; advanced features, if any, depend on Scannable.

Tags: Scannable identification tags and optional tethers are sold separately unless a product listing explicitly includes them. Pricing depends on tag model and pack quantity. We will show live tag prices here when Arclight's approved Scannable products are listed. We will not invent tag prices or imply that a tag is included.

Stand-alone tag orders: A minimum order or multipack requirement may apply when fulfilled directly by Scannable; the threshold, shipping costs and terms are being confirmed.

Find the right tag

For an aluminum tool such as the X-99, a compatible Scannable Squircle HD metal-surface tag may be suitable, subject to placement and manufacturer approval. For a compatible strap, consider a Rope Label with approved heat-shrink attachment. Existing compatible identification on certain tethers, ladders, scaffolding or safety equipment may eliminate the need for a duplicate. Never cover required safety markings or use unapproved attachments.

Confirm Scannable's actual feature availability and permissions before relying on it for these workflows. Identification and digital records never replace required physical inspections or manufacturer safety procedures.
