Custers Foldy WW — Wall Work

Wall Work configuration of the distributor-neutral CUSTERS PRO-MOD Series. The proposed component breakdown below is based on the program's modular box structure and is to be checked against the final WW packing sheet before any unit is released for delivery.

Package components

• 1 × Foldy folding frame (Box 1)
• 1 × frame securing pin, included with folding frame (Box 1)
• 4 × 5-inch × 1 6/16-inch yellow synthetic double-locking swivel casters, non-adjustable standard configuration (Box 2A)
• 1 × 1.8 m trapdoor platform (Box 3)
• 2 × end guardrails with 4 securing pins (Box 4)
• 2 × horizontal guardrails (Box 5)
• 2 × outriggers (Box 9)

Alternative black-rubber casters may be available by arrangement. The standard caster box includes the designated shortened installation hex key.

Platform positions and frame height

With standard yellow synthetic double-locking casters installed: platform rung 1 — 12 in; rung 2 — 22 in; rungs 3 through 6 — approximately 32, 42, 52 and 62 in respectively at nominal 10-in rung spacing; measured rung 7 — 71 in. Overall frame height: 73 1/4 in. The 71-in seventh-rung measurement differs by 1 in from nominal 10-in arithmetic and is retained as supplied. These measurements do not imply that every rung is a permissible working-platform position; comply with Custers instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Why choose WW: The Foldy Base already provides the platform elevations listed above. For tasks requiring overhead reach, the WW configuration adds the listed guardrails and outriggers to support safer, more stable access. Use only manufacturer-approved configurations; required fall protection and stabilization depend on the application and applicable safety rules.

Toe board kit sold separately. Toe boards and their holders are not included in this PRO-MOD package. Add a compatible toe board kit where required by the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety rules.
